Strategic Project Development & International Business Structuring

CFU Consulting GmbH is an international management advisory firm based in Vienna, specialising in the strategic development, structuring, and execution of complex projects and corporate initiatives, particularly in international and multi-jurisdictional contexts.
The firm’s core competence lies in accompanying projects from initial concept through to implementation, with a strong focus on practical execution, regulatory alignment, and institutional feasibility. This includes the development of corporate structures, investment frameworks, and operational models that are capable of functioning across different legal and regulatory environments.
CFU’s work is characterised by a combination of strategic advisory and implementation support. Rather than limiting its role to conceptual planning, the firm is actively involved in ensuring that projects are realised within the relevant legal, administrative, and economic frameworks.
This approach is particularly relevant for projects that involve public authorities, regulatory approvals, cross-border elements, or politically sensitive environments.
Advisory at the Intersection of Business, Public Administration, & Policy
CFU advises on complex matters that arise at the intersection of private enterprise, regulatory systems, and public sector decision-making.
The firm combines economic and strategic expertise with a detailed understanding of administrative processes, regulatory environments, and political dynamics. This integrated perspective enables clients to navigate complex institutional landscapes in a structured and legally compliant manner.
CFU’s role is not limited to analysis, but extends to the coordination and implementation of projects involving multiple stakeholders, including authorities, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
International Focus with
Regional Expertise
CFU operates internationally, with a primary focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland and neighbouring markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
Many projects involve cross-border structures, international investors, and differing regulatory systems. CFU ensures that such structures are aligned with applicable legal requirements while remaining operationally viable.
The firm maintains a working understanding of:
-
federal and decentralised administrative structures
-
regulatory developments at EU and national levels
-
public funding mechanisms and procurement systems
-
political decision-making processes and stakeholder environments
This combination of international reach and regional expertise enables clients to anticipate developments, assess risks, and implement projects with a high degree of certainty.

CFU assumes responsibility for structuring, aligning, and managing this network, thereby providing clients with a coherent and efficiently coordinated advisory framework.
This approach allows CFU to combine international expertise with a clear focus on implementation. All recommendations and structures are developed with careful consideration of the regulatory, administrative, and institutional realities of Germany and Central Europe.
